10 Must-Have Products to Make Easy Meals

Meals in less than 15-minutes are my jam!

Help!¬† These nights and days are busier than expected, but that is okay, I am doing my best! ūüėČ

What I have learned the last few weeks since school has started, keep a few staple products on hand each week to make SUPER simple meals. 

And honestly, these days, I really don’t meal prep, but I do have an idea of what to eat with a few short cut products.¬†¬†

What you need for the week

When time is crunched, using a cooked or pre-cooked protein saves so much time for making a meal each night. 

Here are some of my favorite short cut proteins:

Quick proteins for sheet pan dinners

I like to keep chicken sausage or shrimp stocked in the frig and freezer to throw together a quick sheet pan dinner. 

There is no right or wrong way to make a sheet pan, click on the picture to show you how I put this together. 

Potatoes in the air fyer!

If you have not tried potatoes in the air fryer Рplease make this a priority! 

They are delicious and so easy to make in about 10 minutes.  Here is a link to the silicone air fryer liner. 

Cut baby potatoes, in half or chop up a large potato or sweet potato and place in the air fryer.  Drizzle a little olive oil and season with everything but the bagel seasoning onto potatoes. 

An inexpensive side for any meal Рa favorite at my house! 

Stir-fry shortcuts

I was impressed with this simple meal.   Here are the products you need: 

Sweet treats!

  • Frozen mixed fruit blends are a staple!¬† So many fun ways to use them such as in a homemade sorbet recipe.¬†

This is the easiest recipe ever!¬†Here’s what you need:¬†

  • 4 cups frozen fruit (any kind)¬†
  • 2 bananas¬†
  • (may need one or two tablespoons of water or milk to help it mix smoothly)
  • Blend together in a food processor and enjoy!¬†
