How do you feel about radishes? Are you a fan?
Honestly, I feel they are okay. I do like them thinly sliced on a salad for a little crunch and spice.
Seriously, when a friend told me to try them in the air fryer, I thought, “Really?!”
I was floored by the results. There were delicious and did not taste like raw radishes.
I guess they kind of remind me of a light potato, maybe? They go really well with roasted carrots, and don’t they look gorgeous together?
