Chicken Bacon & Avocado Sandwiches in the Air Fryer

  • 1 air fryer



  • 4 ciabatta rolls sliced
  • 12 oz chicken breast strips, cooked
  • 4 slices bacon cooked
  • 4 slices provolone cheese or your favorite cheese
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • butter
  • lettuce leaves



  • 1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (200°C).

    2. Split 2 ciabatta rolls in half and lightly spread butter on the inside of each half. Place the rolls in the air fryer, butter side up, and toast for 2 minutes.

    3. Once the rolls are toasted, remove them from the air fryer and top each half with grilled chicken strips and a slice of cheese.

    4. Return the assembled rolls to the air fryer and toast for an additional 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

    5. Remove the sandwiches from the air fryer and top each with lettuce, tomato, crispy bacon, and avocado slices (or guacamole).
