Easy Avocado Wrap

This simple combo is a true winner in flavor and nutrition! It is a quick wrap with the goodness of warm and comforting ingredients. 

Enjoy a plant-based wrap that is so filling, you will forget it is missing any chicken like your favorite burrito. 

Start with your favorite tortilla, feel free to try a high-fiber tortilla.  Spread a fresh avocado onto the tortilla for a healthy boost of antioxidants and heart-healthy fats. 

I like to add some flavor with your favorite seasoning blend, mine is Everything but the Bagel seasoning (I put it on everything if you haven’t noticed, ha!). 

I will have to say, riced cauliflower is not my favorite as a single dish but add it in a wrap or a power bowl and I am game.

Pick your favorite veggie burger, there are so many to choose from at the grocery store.  I have been loving the spicy black bean burger, oh my goodness!

To add a little more wow-factor flavors, I can’t help but to top it off with a little drizzle of balsamic glaze.  

I enjoyed some Terra root vegetable chips plus some fresh fruit to complete this lunch idea.  I am obsessed with this combo! 

Easy Avocado Wrap


  • 1 high-fiber tortilla
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 veggie burger
  • 1/3 cup riced cauliflower
  • sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning
  • drizzle balsamic glaze optional


  • In a skillet, heat together veggie burger and riced cauliflower for 2 to 3 minutes, until warm. Spread fresh avocado evenly on tortilla. Sprinkle avocado with seasoning.
  • Break up veggie burger into pieces. Place veggie burger and cauliflower on tortilla with avocado and seasoning.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and wrap up all the ingredients on the tortilla.
