Chocolate Coconut Date Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups dates, pitted
  • 1 cup nuts (any variety)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • unsweetened coconut

Instructions
 

  • 1. Place dates in a food processor and process for about 15 to 20 seconds. 
    2. Add nuts to the dates and process until mixture comes together.
    3. Stir in cocoa to the mixture and pulse lightly once combined.
    4. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the mixture and form a ball using your hands. Roll the date bite in the coconut and repeat method.
    Place them in a container and store them in the fridge. or freezer.
