2tsp baking powder
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1/4tps salt
1/4cup flaxseed (ground)
1 1/2cups Greek yogurt
5 eggs
10links chicken sausage (bite-size pieces)
1cup cheese (shredded)
1cup spinach (chopped)
4mini sweet peppers (chopped)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line baking sheet with parchment paper or liner.

In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and ground flaxseed. Whisk together until combined

In a medium bowl add Greek yogurt and eggs together and mix well until combined.

Add wet mixture (eggs, yogurt, etc.) to dry ingredients and fold ingredients. You may need to get hand dirty and knead dough a bit. Fold in the rest of the ingredients: cheese, chicken sausage links, spinach and peppers.

Using a scoop or a 1/3 cup measure scoop, spoon out dough onto sheet pan. Or you may use a muffin tin and bake.

Bake for about 25 minutes until golden and firm. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
