Build Curves Method: Helping Women Gain Confidence & Lifelong Health

Have you ever said or heard someone say, “You’re so skinny, eat something!”  

Today we are talking with Registered Dietitian, Emily Bergey, MA, RDN, LDN @build.curves on Instagram. Emily’s focus is helping her clients gain weight in a healthy way.  This topic may not pertain to you, but maybe you know someone that is struggling to gain weight and want to improves their nutrition by overcoming GI issues, lack of hunger, or other roadblocks in their healthy journey. 

I feel the gold nugget of this conversation is when we talk about how we comment or intent to compliment or comment about other’s body weight.  It may not be a compliment to them. 

With this conversation, Emily shares her own story as she dealt with many comments herself about being skinny, lacking body confidence, and not able to maintain realistic overall health.  She tells us how she helps her clients build a healthy relationship with food and go from confused to thriving in their health goals.  Emily is highly entertaining and you don’t want to miss out on this conversation!
